We will not pass on your details, or the contents of your correspondence, to any individual or organisation.

Payment:

Payment for our services must be in advance by cheque, standing order, or via Pay Pal.

Arrears:

Items sent to the BoatPost address for which there is not an active account are the property of BoatPost. If an account is in arrears by more than 30 days then it is deemed to have closed; we will then return any mail held or received to the Post Office marked 'no longer at this address'

You must not use the address provided for any illegal or criminal purpose.

Parcels, Recorded Relivery, and exceptional items:

You must notify us if you expect to receive any item which requires to be signed for.

Packages and parcels must be arranged in advance and a further fee may be payable, depending on size and weight.

All packages must be sent to a forwarding address arranged in advance.  It is not possible to collect them in person.

Security and Loss:

We will make every effort to keep items securely but we are not liable for any loss however caused.
